GIC means Guaranteed Investment Certificate. It represents a deposit made for a designated period of time with a guaranteed interest rate. Through Peak Investment Services Inc., Weyburn Security has access to GICs offered by approximately 20 banks and trust companies, ensuring that our customers receive the highest interest rate available.

GICs sold by Weyburn Security are CDIC insured, giving the client peace of mind, knowing that the Government of Canada guarantees their money.
